How It Works

Getting your design digitized or created is simple.

1. Choose your service

Browse the services on our home page — embroidery digitizing, caps and 3D puff, patch digitizing, vector tracing, vinyl cut SVG and print-ready artwork. Each one shows its price before you start.

If you would rather buy something ready-made, our ready designs download the moment payment clears.

2. Send us your artwork

For a custom order, use the order form. Pick your service, upload your artwork — a photo, a PDF, a scan, even a sketch — and tell us the size and the formats your machine needs.

Not sure what you need, or want a price first? Send it to our free quote form instead. We will look at the file and come back with a price and a turnaround before you commit to anything — and if you accept, that quoted turnaround is the deadline your order runs to.

3. Pay

Checkout is through PayPal. Your countdown starts the moment payment is confirmed, not when we get round to it.

Need it faster? Choose the rush option at checkout for a 2-hour turnaround.

4. We digitize

Your file goes into our queue and we begin work. You can follow it on your own private tracking page — the link is in your confirmation email — where you can also message us directly about the job.

5. Delivery

You will get an email with a private link. Open it and download your finished files — DST, PES, SVG, PNG or whatever you asked for. The link stays live for seven days, so save the files somewhere safe once you have them.

6. Revisions, if you need them

Not quite right? We offer up to ten free revisions based on your original brief. Send us a message from your tracking page and tell us what to change.
