We price by the design, not by the stitch
Most digitizers charge by stitch count. It sounds precise and it is useless to you — because nobody, including the digitizer, knows the stitch count until the file is finished. You send artwork, you wait, and then you find out what it costs.
We do it the other way round. We look at the design and quote a flat price before any work starts. You know the number before you commit, and it does not move afterwards.
That is fairer, and in practice it is usually cheaper — a dense fill that would run the stitch count up costs you nothing extra here.
What we charge
Each service page carries its full detail: what is included, the sizes, the formats, and the tiers where a service has more than one.
Complex logos are a priced tier — you can order one straight away. Full-back pieces, jacket backs, and anything larger or more involved than the tiers cover are quoted individually: send it to our free quote form with your artwork and we will come back with a price and a turnaround before you pay anything.

Turnaround
Most work is delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Need it sooner? Choose the rush option at checkout and we will turn it round in 2 hours for an additional fee.
When a job is quoted individually, the turnaround is stated in the quote itself, and that is the deadline your order runs to.
