Terms of Service

By placing an order or buying a download from PESVG, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our refund policy and privacy policy.

Who owns what

You keep full ownership of the artwork you send us. We claim no rights over your designs and will not use them for anything but your order unless you agree in writing.

You own the digitized file we produce for you once it is paid for, and you may use it commercially without limit or further fee.

Ready designs are licensed, not sold. Each listing states its licence. Under our standard commercial licence you may use the design on finished physical products you make and sell. You may not share, resell or redistribute the digital file itself, or sell it as a design. See the ready design licence.

Your artwork, and the right to use it

When you send us artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it digitized. We cannot check that for you, and we may refuse or stop work on anything that appears to infringe someone else's rights — a trademark, a logo, or a copyrighted character.

If you believe a design on this site infringes your rights, email [info@pesvg.com](mailto:info@pesvg.com) with details of the work and where it appears, and we will investigate and remove anything infringing.

Testing, and what we are not responsible for

Always run a test stitch-out on similar fabric before a production run. Fabric, stabiliser, thread, hooping and machine tension all change how a design behaves, and none of them are within our control.

We are not liable for damage to fabric, thread, garments, machines or equipment arising from the use of our files, and not for lost production time or lost profit. Responsibility for testing and for production setup rests with you.

Where we are liable at all, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Delivery and timing

Turnaround times are given in good faith and start when payment is confirmed. Most work is delivered within 24 to 48 hours, and a rush option is available at checkout. A delay does not by itself entitle you to a refund, though we will always tell you if a job is going to run late.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the site, and do not use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel service in the case of abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you ordered.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where we operate, and nothing in them removes any right you have under the consumer law of your own state or country.

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most of what becomes a dispute is a revision we would have made for nothing.
